What is Included in the In-House Membership Plan?
The Conyers Family Dentist savings membership allows patients to save on a long list of dental services, for just one monthly fee and a one-time $99 enrollment fee for new members.
Coverage costs start at just $39/month, and include the following dental benefits, per patient:
- Annual x-rays
- 2 preventive cleanings per year
- Preventive dental exams
- 10% discount on all other services at Conyers Family Dentist
Our dental savings plan plan is valid for a 12-month period from the date a patient enrolls. Conyers Family Dentist also accepts most major credit cards, personal checks, money orders and cash payments.
